The Basic Plan is the gateway to professional telephony. It includes a Virtual Number (DID) from your preferred city and allows up to 5 connected extensions. It’s perfect for small offices that only need standard reception and call transfer functions.

Pro Plan: The perfect balance

Our most popular plan. In addition to increasing capacity to 10 extensions and 8 simultaneous calls, it unlocks the Multi-level IVR. This allows creating complex menus (e.g., “Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Support”) greatly improving the customer experience.

Do I need to buy physical equipment?
No. The system is 100% virtual. You can use extensions on computers or mobile phones via our app (softphone), or purchase IP phones if you prefer.

What are additional minutes plans?

Base plans cover the technology and call reception. To make calls to the public network (mobile or landline), you can purchase minute bundles or outbound plans at competitive rates depending on the destination country.

Can I keep my current number?

Yes. We perform number portability processes in most countries in Latin America, Spain and the U.S. The process usually takes between 1 and 10 business days.

How does billing work?

Billing is recurring monthly. We accept credit cards, PayPal and local bank transfers for long-term corporate plans.

What is the service activation time?
Once payment is confirmed, the initial technical setup takes between 24 and 72 business hours.
