How to buy a DID number?

Buying one or several DID numbers is very easy and you can do it by following these 6 simple steps:

2. Verify if there are requirements to purchase numbers for that country in our help section.

4. Once in your account portal, add funds from: Account/Top Up

How many simultaneous calls can I receive?

Typically each DID number has 2 simultaneous channels.

This means that if a number has 2 channels assigned, a third incoming call will receive a busy signal.

Additional channels must be requested from your sales agent.

Can I make calls from my DID number?

Yes. It is possible, but from the same VoIP account associated with the number, and you must add some balance or credit to make outbound calls.

When my incoming channels are busy, can I make calls?

Yes. Outgoing channels are independent from incoming channels.

How much do I pay for a Virtual DID Number?

Virtual number prices vary by country, and renewals are automatic monthly. The VoIP account must have sufficient balance on the renewal date to avoid number cancellation.

Can I buy DIDs from different countries?
